Custom & Import Tax

Our international shipping policy is that the Consignee (Recipient) is responsible for any duties and import taxes due upon delivery. These fees are not calculated or charged when you place your order in our store and must be paid directly to Customs when you receive your order.

The amount of customs duty varies from country to country and depends on the tariff policies of the recipient country. Our shipping options include USPS First Class for international shipments, and the amount of customs duty will vary depending on your country’s customs regulations.

For packages shipped by USPS First Class, we generally declare an invoice value between $20 USD and $150 USD and mark the package as a gift. This helps to minimize the import duty charged by customs, though it is ultimately subject to your country’s tariff policy.

If you have specific requirements for the declared value of the invoice, please contact us at [email protected]. We will adjust the declared value according to your instructions. If no specific instructions are provided, we typically declare the value between $20 USD and $150 USD, depending on the weight and size of the package.

If your package encounters any customs clearance issues, we will cover the customs clearance fees and provide you with the shipping invoice, which you will need to present to customs. Additionally, we will assist you by contacting USPS to help resolve the situation.
